Overview
The SAFe Agilist (Leading SAFe®) program is designed for leaders and decision-makers involved in enterprise-level Agile transformations. It provides the skills to lead organizations through scaled Agile practices, align strategy with execution, and deliver business value at scale.
This program introduces the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework®), the most widely adopted framework for Scaling Agile across large organizations.

Understand SAFe principles and Lean-Agile leadership.
Align teams, programs, and portfolios to business strategy.
Implement Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for large-scale delivery.
Lead PI Planning (Program Increment Planning) sessions.
Prepare thoroughly to pass the SAFe® Agilist exam with confidence.

Eligibility Requirements
Education:
Secondary degree (high school diploma or equivalent).
Experience:
12 months of work experience in Agile environment within the last five years .
Training:
Minimum 16 contact hours of formal scrum education (Fulfilled through iTEK Learn Program).
Examination Details
Exam Format:
45 Questions (Multiple Choice, Drag & Drop, Matching)
90 Minutes (1.5 Hours) total exam duration.
Validity:
1 Year [$100 renewal fee annual required].
The SAFe® Agilist certification is issued by Scaled Agile, Inc., USA after successfully passing the exam!
