Overview
The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) certification by Scrum Alliance.org is one of the most popular entry-level Scrum certifications globally. It provides a basic understanding of Scrum theory, roles, and practices, making it ideal for professionals starting their Agile journey.
Unlike PSM®, CSM® is attendance-based, requires renewal every two years along with 20 Scrum Education Units (SEUs), and focuses more on introducing Scrum fundamentals rather than advanced mastery.
