Eligibility Requirements
Education:
Secondary degree (high school diploma or equivalent).
Experience:
12 months of work experience as a scrum master within the last five years.
Prerequisite:
CSM® Certification passing and to be active at the time of attending the program.
Training:
Minimum 16 contact hours of formal scrum education (Fulfilled through iTEK Learn Program).

No, Exam is not required.
You need to mandatory attend 2 Days A-CSM® program.
Validity:
2 Years [$175 renewal fee & 30 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) required].
The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM®) certification is issued by Scrum Alliance.org, USA after successfully attending the program!
