The Product Owner/ Product Manager Certification program is for executives, product managers, product owners, consultants, lean|agile leaders, and agile change agents. It consists of an overview of the Scaled Agile Framework ™, training for Product Managers and Product Owners, and an optional PM/PO Certification exam.

Curriculum

Our program is blend of 2 Day classroom training led by SAFe Program Consultant (SPC®) who will cover theory and class room practical exercises that helps executives, product managers, product owners, consultants, lean|agile leaders, and agile change agents. It consists of an overview of the Scaled Agile Framework ™, training for Product Managers and Product Owners, and an optional PM/PO Certification exam as prescribed by Scaled Agile Academy.

After completion of this program, participant will be able to write Epics, Features, and User Stories within the context of the Scaled Agile Framework, and have a solid foundation on how to manage backlogs and programs in your Lean|Agile Enterprise and will be able to write the SAFe® PM/PO certification exam confidently. At workplace probability of project success rate would tremendously increase.
