CAPM Overview
PMI’s Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) is a valuable entry-level certification for project practitioners. Designed for those with little or no project experience, the CAPM® demonstrates your understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes of effective project management. Whether you are new to project management, or already serving as a subject matter expert on project teams, the CAPM can get your career on the right path or take it to the next level.
Curriculum
Our program is a blend of 4 Day class room training led by PMP® / CAPM® mentor who will cover theory & practical exercises that helps the participant to understand the Project Management concepts better. We cover 47 Processes defined in PMBOK® 5th Edition that will span across 5 Process Groups (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control and Closing) and 10 Knowledge Areas (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management) as prescribed by PMI.

PMP® / PgMP® Credential Holder can claim 21 PDUs under Category B to maintain certification
